We support our Cable Drum customers by cutting to exact size of precut timber to fit their available drum to reduce their packing cost.
We support our Steel customers with various sizes of precut timber as requested by them so as that they do their own fabrication as required to reduce their cost.
We support our Airconditioning Customers by delivering Open Crates or Fully enclosed in CKD (knock down unit) so as to reduce their transportation cost.
We also do crate up (except the top) if required by the customer
We closely follow our customer’s needs to support them with innovative design so as to reduce material use (yet able to support the unit)
We have been in good communication with our customers to provide us a scheduled delivery as agreed by our production team.
In unexpected situation we do uptake sudden changes to support customers where and when required.
As we have long term loyal 30 years old suppliers to provide us continuous supplies and meanwhile our customers provide us a forecast(minimum 1 month) of their orders so that we can keep the required stock of all the various market sizes and continuously deliver in time.
Based on past experience, an email of all the specifications required with the drawing of the skid/pallet/crates together with estimated weight of the product and a photograph of the unit that is currently used ( if any) will give a clear communication of what is required.
If precut timber is required, we need the size of the timber and photograph of precut timber that is currently used if any.
Pricing will be done based on the market size of timber.
Onsite visit will be done by us if required.
